Li Quan, male, born in August 1976, Han Nationality, Ningxian County, Gansu Province; Associate Professor, Master Tutor, Lanzhou University School of Economics; Visiting Scholar, University of Minnesota Duluth, USA; Bachelor of Management (Business Administration) degree in 2000, Master of Science (Humanities and Geography) degree in 2003, and Doctor of Economics (Regional Economics) degree in 2006; Professional teaching in economics and finance and Research on regional economy and urban and rural development.
