Si Lijuan, female, born in 1982, from Dongyang, Zhejiang Province. Associate Professor and Master Tutor, School of Economics, Lanzhou University. The main research areas are urban and regional development, resources, environment and sustainable development, urban planning, evidence-based economics. He was awarded the second prize in the Young Teachers'Teaching Competition of Lanzhou University in 2017, the third prize in the Social Practice Activities of "Three Rural Areas" in the Summer of Cultural, Scientific and Technological Health of Gansu Province as a volunteer student, the first Ph.D. Academic Newcomer Award of Lanzhou University, the National Three Good Students, and the fourteenth Philosophical and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award of Gansu Province in 2017. Major Academic Part-time Job: Member of the American Geographic Society (AAG). Main social part-time jobs: Former vice-chairman of the 24th National Federation of Scholars, chairman of Gansu Federation of Scholars and vice-chairman of the 8th Gansu Youth Federation. From October 2012 to September 2014, he was selected as vice-chairman of Chengxian People's Government of Longnan City, Gansu Province in the third batch of scientific and technological talent projects of the Organizational Department of Gansu Provincial Committee.
