Zhou   female, from Wuhan, Hubei Province, lecturer, School of Economics, Lanzhou University. He studied at Osaka University in Japan as a joint doctoral student and received his Ph.D. from Lanzhou University in 2012. Since graduation, he has been engaged in teaching and scientific research. His main research direction is regional economics and industrial finance.
